FAQ
Are Summit paddles USAP approved for tournament play?
Yes. All of our paddle models are fully USAP approved and certified for use in sanctioned tournament play.
Which paddle is best for me?
Static = control & resets.
Traverse = balance & transition.
Fly = spin & placement.
Can I use Summit paddles both indoors and outdoors?
Absolutely. Our paddles are engineered to perform in any condition — whether it’s dry indoor air or summer heat. The carbon structure resists warping, softening, and surface breakdown over time.
What is your return policy if I don’t love the paddle?
We offer a 30-day performance guarantee. If you’re not fully satisfied, send it back for a full refund — no questions asked.
Do Summit paddles come with a warranty?
Yes. Every paddle comes with a 6-month warranty covering delamination, structural failure, or handle separation caused by manufacturing defects.
How fast will my order ship and arrive?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. U.S. shipping averages 3–6 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your paddle ships.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. We ship worldwide, and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I order custom or bulk paddles?
Yes — contact us for team pricing or logo options.
What is the FusionFlex Core, and why does it matter?
The FusionFlex Core is our carbon-infused polypropylene that delivers enhanced feel, shock absorption, and stability. It softens impact for resets but rebounds with energy for drives. The carbon adds structure without making the paddle feel stiff.
Does the spin texture wear off over time?
No. Unlike most brands that apply surface coatings or grit, our spin texture is built directly into the carbon fiber weave. That means your spin stays consistent — no fading, no peeling, and always tournament legal.
MATERIALS & BUILD
What is thermoforming, and what does it do for performance?
Thermoforming fuses the paddle into a single unibody mold using heat and pressure — eliminating glue layers, seams, or structural weak points. This results in greater durability, better feel, and more consistent performance across the entire paddle face.
What materials are your paddles made from?
Every Summit paddle is built with a proprietary woven carbon fiber face featuring built-in texture for natural, long-lasting spin. Beneath the surface are two layers of unidirectional carbon fiber for stiffness, power, and directional feedback. At the core is our carbon-infused FusionFlex polypropylene core, delivering a stable, soft feel with consistent rebounds.
Why is the custom carbon fiber weave important for spin and feel?
Our custom carbon weave is a premium woven carbon fiber face with engineered texture built directly into the structure. It increases ball friction, improves dwell time, and gives players greater control when shaping shots or generating spin.
What do the unidirectional carbon fiber layers add to the paddle?
The unidirectional carbon fiber layers reinforce stiffness, directional strength, and energy return. They stabilize the paddle on off-center hits, increase power on drives, and create a more consistent feel from edge to edge.
What’s different about your edge guard?
Our TPU edge guard is thermo-molded directly into the paddle — not glued on. It protects against drops and moisture without adding unnecessary weight or disrupting your swing path. Clean profile. Built-in strength.
CUSTOMIZATION & PARTNERSHIPS
Can I add my team, company, or event logo to a paddle?
Yes. We offer custom-branded paddles for teams, clubs, and corporate partners. Minimum order quantities apply. Contact us through our form to get started.
